Service Description

This Clearance Test is a requirement as proof that a Mold Remediation was completed successfully. It is offered as both an extension to the initial Mold Assessment or can be done as a stand alone third party verification. Includes: - Visual inspection of remediated areas. - 1 indoor microbial sample and 1 outdoor control sample (additional areas of containment/responsibility may require additional sampling). - Thermal and moisture meter inspection to verify dry standards.
